Practices for the week of 9/6

This week's practices (Tues-Thurs) will be from 3:00-5:00 at MHS

Friday's practice will be an hour. Please arrange to be picked up by 4:00.

Saturday is our first invitational of the season. We will be running in the Lake Forest Invitational at Killens Pond. Schedule will be posted tomorrow.
